These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Enchanted Hills Academy’s services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By enrolling your child in Enchanted Hills Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Enchanted Hills Academy provides early childhood education services, including but not limited to, educational programs, activities, and care for children aged 2.5 to 6.

3. Fees and Payment

Tuition fees and payment schedules are outlined in a separate Enrollment Agreement. Please contact us for details.

4. Child’s Well-being

Enchanted Hills Academy is committed to the well-being of all children in our care. We will maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s health and well-being.

5. Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are detailed in a separate document. Please refer to the Enrollment Agreement for specific terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

8. Modifications

Enchanted Hills Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
